1. Describe your ideal employee

We are committed to finding the perfect fit for your organisation. So, what does perfect look like to you? Complete our easy-to-use form and tell us exactly what you are looking for in your newest team member and the skills that they will need to thrive in the role. A member of the St. Leger Brockman team will be in touch to let you know that we have started the search and ask any questions that will assist us in finding your perfect professional.

2. Pick your payment terms

We offer a range of flexible payment options under our “Hire Now, Pay Later” scheme. We want to help you find the best in the business and spread the cost over time so that you are not paying fees before your new team members have found their feet in the organisation. For any lawyers in the 0-2 PAE bracket that have been made redundant after 1 May 2020, all fees will be deferred for 12 months.

3. Interviews and offers

We will send you profiles of any professionals that we believe meet the requirements set out in the information you have sent to us and arrange interviews as required. If you find the right fit, we will assist with the offer and onboarding process. If any of the people you interviewed were not successful, we will liaise with you to obtain feedback that we can provide to them to assist with their professional development.
