How it works.
1. Tell us about your dream role.
Complete the form with as much detail as possible. If we are going to find your perfect role then the little things really count. If you want to work for a particular law firm or company, tell us! We’ll tell them. Who knows what could happen?
2. What happens next?
A member of the St. Leger Brockman team will be in touch so that we can get to know you and discuss your objectives in more detail. After we have caught up with you to gain a complete understanding of your ideal role, we will work with our extensive network within the legal sector to find opportunities that match your requirements. We will discuss any suitable opportunities with you and answer any questions that you might have. In our experience, a job description for a role is only a starting point. If you love 90% of what is in the job description but have concerns about some of the points, let us know and we can negotiate changes on your behalf. We will always obtain your consent before submitting your profile in relation to any role.
3. Interviews and offers.
If we find the right role for you and you are invited for an interview, we will coordinate this process and support you at every step of the way. If you are offered the role, we will work with the organisation to finalise any onboarding requirements and arrange a start date. If you are not successful this time, we will endeavour to get comprehensive feedback to help you to succeed in your next interview.
4. We celebrate!
Once you start in your new role, we will celebrate with you! We are incredibly grateful when someone entrusts us with their future career and we want to thank you for working with us. When you have successfully completed your probation period, you will receive a signing bonus from St. Leger Brockman in recognition of your integral role in the development of our business. Your relationship with us does not end when your new role starts. We will check in with you to make sure that you have everything you need to thrive in your new role.
